[e4] is a mentoring programme for those growing into 'Ephesians 4' leadership and who are being trained and mentored by apostolic leaders in the Salt & Light family of churches.

Our dream is to mentor a new generation of leaders to extend God's kingdom in our nations. We recognise that supporting the ongoing training and development of 'Ephesians 4' leadership is vital to our future together. We want to see more 'Ephesians 4' leaders to both strengthen existing churches and extend God's kingdom into 'regions beyond'.

Our plan is to establish a more dynamic and strategic process for the mentoring, coaching and discipling of new 'Ephesians 4' leaders across our family of churches.

Our goals are to help establish:

• foundations principles and values
• theology a theological approach
• relationships between a new generation of leaders, and existing 'Ephesians 4 leaders'
• mission principles and practice
